I am Patricia Casey, an entrepreneur, and professional Virtual Assistant. I love to read, fishing, computers, and animals – hence having two orange beasts they call cats and a dog at my merry little home.

I’ve worked in a few different industries in my administrative career including working for other entrepreneurs, wholesale distributors, casinos (yes, I’ll admit, I lived in and around Las Vegas, Nevada, for many years), government contractors, temporary agencies, health and auto insurance companies and industrial/commercial construction companies.

What I’ve done in the past

I have extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Windows and many other programs over the last 20 years.  The offices I have been in range from small 1-5 person settings to companies with more than thousands of employees spread around the world.

I moved to Colorado, in 2004.  Since then, the cost of fuel combined with growing dissatisfaction on limits placed on my personal standards of customer service excellence I find myself wanting a better way to enjoy my work and provide the type of Customer Service Excellence I have been recognized for in the past.

Who I Have Worked With

I have an extensive background working with individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, company presidents and CEO’s. In the strictest sense of the word I actually started a “virtual” practice in 2001 with a client to develop and maintain their website.

My Skills and Work Ethic

I have always taken pride in my ability to quickly grasp, learn and master what I need to for every job I have ever held or task I have undertaken.  I apply the same skills to new technology and computer applications. I love technical “stuff” and keep myself up to date with new technology as much as possible.  I have excellent skills with most typical office applications as well as sharepoint and other electronic document sharing and storage applications.  I also have an extremely developed sense of maintaining confidentiality in all of my dealings with anyone, probably as a result of my Human Resources background.
