with the intention to require more from yourself" -- Oprah Winfrey, O

Why should you hire a Virtual Assistant?
|
There are a lot of reasons why you may want to hire a Virtual
Assistant (VA) instead of an employee. The most obvious
one is because a VA is an Independent Contractor and NOT
an employee of you or your company you don't have all the
trappings of an employee like payroll taxes, social security
taxes, medical benefits, vacation, or sick pay I pay all
those expenses myself.
Another consideration is if you are working out of a home office
or a small business office do you have the room and resources (a
desk, quality chair, phone, computer and printer can costs
thousands) to have another person in your work environment
and/or your home?
-
Only paid by the hour, project, or on retainer
-
No lost productivity with personal business on company time, I only work if
you have something for me to help you with
-
You have the benefits of a highly skilled professional that has invested
my own time and money in to keep up to date on the latest
training, skills and technology
-
I am a collaborative partner with your business have an interest in
making sure that you succeed because your success is also tied to my
success
-
I don't quit just because it's 5 o'clock, I can work non-traditional
hours and YOU don't have to pay overtime!*
Now, don't get me wrong, a Virtual Assistant is not the best option for
everyone and you may want someone to come in occasionally to do filing and small
things that require hands on but the benefits of having a business collaboration
versus an employer/employee relationship far outweigh this.
